Services We Provide

ClearVue Web Designs offers custom web design, hosting, and editing services. The scope of services will be defined in your service agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
• Ensure content provided to us complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Adhere to payment schedules as outlined in your agreement.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All code and designs created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership is transferred to you, excluding third-party tools or integrations.

Hosting and Maintenance

• We provide secure hosting and routine maintenance under agreed service plans.
• Hosting does not include content backups unless explicitly agreed upon.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, website downtime or data loss.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Any outstanding payments are due upon termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
